Booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided when making your booking.

Our smartly dressed uniformed agents will be holding your name on a board and will constantly be in communication with you. Mobile telephone number must be provided.

Unfortunately we are unable to help with seat reservations, Pre-booking of seats can only be made in accordance with the airline's terms and conditions of travel and must be made directly with the airline or through your travel agent.

There will be no charge to change or cancel your booking providing you give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before the booking date. Changes or cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation or amendment fee in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.. Due to airport security rules and regulations of aviation you are responsible for keeping your luggage with you at all times, however our agents can help you arrange a service porter. Please note that this will incur extra charges unless pre-booked as part of your package. Any additional charges levied by the porter service for overweight or oversize luggage must be paid directly to the porter service.

You will need to bring your confirmation email of the service you booked with us, and your travel documents.

Our representative agent will help and guide you through your airline to arrange a re-booking at your own cost.

It is your responsibility to communicate with our agents throughout your journey by providing a valid mobile number to reach you at all times. If however you arrive late for your flight, the airline can deny your boarding and any extra charges incurred must be paid directly to the airline concerned.
